Partial Wedding Planning Services

From day 1 till the day you say your vows

  • Open conversation via phone and email to establish timeline and wedding details

  • 5 consultation hours used at your discretion (face-to-face meetings, vendor appointments, etc.)

  • Research

    • Research, hire, and manage up to 3 remaining wedding vendors: caterer, photographer, videographer, entertainment, florist, linens, decor rentals, stationery, cake, officiant, hair/makeup, transportation, etc.

    • Review and negotiate all remaining vendor contracts

    • Secure guest hotel room blocks, if applicable

  • Personalized wedding day timeline and details that is communicated with all vendors

  • Creation of custom floor plan for your venue (often made in tandem with venue manager)

  • Creation of wedding website (optional)


Rehearsal

  • Facilitation of rehearsal

    • Place wedding party in their ceremony locations

    • Rehearse Processional / Recessional 2–3 times


Wedding Day

  • Pre-Ceremony

    • Oversee setup of venue(s)

    • Facilitate arrival of all vendors

    • Reserve rows for ceremony seating and show family members with reserved seating where their seats are located

    • Ensure that bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages are delivered; help pin boutonnieres if necessary.

    • Assist bride in any way necessary (dress, flowers, motivational speech, etc)

    • Communicate with best man to make sure that Groom is getting dressed/ready

    • Make sure photographer has his "must haves" shot list and timeline of wedding day

    • Provide bridal "Emergency Kit" with safety pins, hairspray, sewing kit, Ibuprofen, etc.

    • Organize the wedding party prior to ceremony

    • Confirm placement of all details (this includes—but is not limited to—guest book activities, seating charts, decorative flowers, wedding signs, guest gifts, etc.)

  • Ceremony

    • Line up bridal party and family members for Processional

    • Cue the musician/DJ when to begin playing music for the Processional

    • Inform bridal party when to begin walking down the aisle

  • Reception

    • Line up bridal party for the grand entrance

    • Cue DJ to begin playing music for entrance—Make sure DJ has a list of names for each bridesmaid/groomsman

    • Give all speech-givers prior notice as to when speeches will be executed

    • Check in with the bride and groom periodically to see if any needs arise

    • Gauge the energy of the reception

      • My job is to keep the celebration moving smoothly—at times, this mean shuffling the established timeline to create positive vibes and keep the party from falling apart.

    • Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during the event

    • Coordinate bride and groom's grand exit—includes confirmation of getaway car being in place, correct bags are packed into getaway car, guests are lined up and ready to send off the happy couple

  • Closing Up Shop

    • Teardown of venue decor

    • Ensure that gifts and leftover food/drinks are packed into the correct vehicle at the end of the night

    • Ensure that bride and groom leave with packaged meals from reception

    • Ensure that all personal decorations, flowers, extra guest favors, etc. are packed in the correct vehicle
